The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to anyone engaging in Forth Pipers’ services within the UK. Effective on all bookings with deposits paid from: 04/09/2024

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between the client (“Client”) and Forth Pipers. By engaging the services of Forth Pipers, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:

Booking and Payment

  1.  A non-refundable booking fee of £50 may be required to secure the date and time of the event.
  2.  The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the day before the event date. 
  3.  Payments can be made via Bank Transfer.

Cancellations

  1.  The Client may cancel the booking by providing written notice to Forth Pipers.
  2.  In the event of cancellation, the booking deposit fee of £50 is non-refundable.
  3. In the event of Forth Pipers cancelling the event at any point, the whole balance will be refunded to the original payee.

Performance Details

  1.  Forth Pipers agrees to perform at the specified location, date, and time as agreed upon by both parties.
  2.  Forth Pipers will aim to arrive 60 minutes before the agreed event start time to allow for traffic and any other delays before the event. 
  3. At no point will Forth Pipers, piper leave during the event unannounced and without permission from the booking holders. You can expect a reliable experience throughout the event performance. 

Force Majeure

  1. Forth Pipers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.

Conduct and Cooperation

  1. The Client agrees to provide a safe and appropriate environment for Forth Pipers’ performance.
  2.  Forth Pipers reserves the right to cease performance if there is a violation of safety, misconduct, or any other circumstances that may compromise Forth Pipers’ well-being.

Photography and Promotion

  1. The Client grants permission for Forth Pipers to use photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
  2. The Client can revoke Forth Pipers’ permission to use images for promotional purposes(a), by notifying Forth Pipers before the event. 
  3. The client has permission to use images and videos of Forth Pipers unless specified otherwise.

Governing Law

  1.  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, England, Northern Ireland, and Wales.

By engaging the services of Forth Pipers, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
